Dining
The table
at Sambora.
Everything on the table comes from within sight of where you sit.
Food grown within sight
of where you eat it.
Our kitchen works with the farms of the Kinigi valley. Every meal reflects what is in season, what grows nearby, and what Rwandan hospitality has always understood about feeding people well.
Morning
Coffee before
anything else.
Rwandan single-origin coffee, roasted nearby, served on the terrace as the mist lifts from the volcanoes. There is no better start to any day.
Evening
Communal by choice.
Quiet if you need it.
Dinner at Sambora is yours to shape. Pull up to the long table if you want company; dine alone by the fire if you want quiet. The food: seasonal, considered, Rwandan in spirit.
