Every Sambora Private Journey is anchored by our own properties — but we have no obligation to use only them. We will always recommend the best lodge for the purpose, the season, and the guest.
Our partnerships with the finest independent camps in Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya are built on mutual respect and long relationships. We book through them at standard trade rates.
We do not mark up third-party accommodation beyond industry-standard consultancy fees. Our interest is in designing the finest possible journey — not in maximising margin.

We offer full net rates, FAM trip access, and dedicated trade support. We never approach your clients directly.

Build Itinerary Net rates on all Sambora properties — Kinigi and all future lodges. Commission paid reliably and promptly. Bespoke itinerary design — send us your client brief and we’ll return a detailed programme within 48 hours. Ground logistics — airport transfers, internal flights, ground transport. We handle everything on the ground. Gorilla permit securing — Rwanda and Uganda permits are scarce. We have reliable access at all peak periods. FAM trips and site visits — we actively host travel specialists at Sambora Kinigi. Contact us to arrange. One point of contact — we don’t route your clients through a call centre.
